GRE Piping

We manufacture GRE Pipes, Fittings, Ducts for Fire Water Service and Oil and Gas Plants, Chemical, Power Plants, Desalination.
Sizes range from 15mm(NB) upto 4000mm(NB) and we can design for pressures upto 64 bars.

The resin that we use is Epoxy Resin. The benefit of epoxy resin is that they are fire retardant.

Thermoplastic Lined GRP Piping

We manufacture Thermoplastic Lined GRP/FRP Pipes, Fittings, Ducts for Chemical, Power Plants and Oil and Gas Plants where high corrosive fluids flow through the piping.

The thermoplastic provides the corrosion resistance and FRP provides the structural strength.

Pre-Insulated GRP Piping

CPP introduces GRP Insulated Pipes & Fittings (ThermoShield) in the market with a view of reducing energy cost, keeping in mind the safety and reliability issues. The Insulated GRP piping system is corrosion resistant and results in maintenance free operations. The most important reason to insulate a pipeline is to save energy cost. Adequate thermal insulation prevents thermal losses.
Deterioration of insulation can have a significant impact on the energy consumption and hence a long-term solution provided by ThermoShield prevents increase in energy cost. The material of insulation is also important to achieve low thermal conductivity by incorporating insulation as sandwich material between GRP layers to ensure that pipe shall remain insulated throughout its lifetime.


  • The pipes and insulations are act as single unit.
  • Any colour can be provided to the outside surface and hence no extra painting is required during the lifecycle of the pipe.
  • Since pipes are made of GRP they are extremely corrosion resistant. (Inside as well as outside)

GRP Stacks

We manufacture FRP / GRP stacks for Power Plants and Flue Gas Desulphurization plants.

The size of stack that we can manufacture are ranging upto 10 meter diameter.

FRP / GRP has successfully replaced expensive and long lead time exotic steel lining / flake glass lining. Further, ease of installation and elimination of thermal insulation makes FRP Stack liners the material of choice world over.
 

GRP Headers

We manufacture FRP / GRP Anolyte and Catholyte headers for Chemical, Water, Power Plants and Flue Gas Desulphurization Plants, Desalination.
